Chain Feeding Breeder System
The floor breeder system is an upgraded version of free-range farming, equipped with an automatic feeding system, automatic drinking system, egg collection system, manure cleaning system, lighting system, and ventilation system. These systems can be customized based on the farm’s specific conditions. This setup not only ensures humane rearing conditions but also enhances economic efficiency. The system automates all production processes, reducing labor and operational costs.
Advantages of using the floor breeder system include:
- Flexible structure that can be easily adjusted to meet future standards.
- Low startup cost with no need to build new chicken houses.
- Automation of all production processes.
- Less time consumption and reduced labor management.
- Balanced feeding, with different feed lines for roosters and hens.
Product Details
1. Automatic feeding system
The automatic feeding system consists of a hen feeding system and a rooster feeding system. Due to the different physiological needs and production goals of hens and roosters, separating their feeding helps prevent leg problems in roosters, improves fertilization rates in hens, increases egg hatchability, and reduces feed waste.
1.1. Hen Feeding System
This system uses chain feeding and a fence is installed above the trough. In this case, the hens can put their heads into the food trough because of their small size. The roosters cannot put their heads into the food trough because of their large size and the restrictions of the grid. to ensure that the roosters and hens eat different feeds.
1.2. Rooster feeding system
The system can freely adjust the height so that larger roosters can eat, but smaller hens cannot.
2. Automatic drinking system
The automatic drinking system can ensure that chickens can drink clean water 24 hours a day. The water line height can be freely adjusted to ensure that chickens can drink water at any growth stage.
3. Egg collection system
The egg collection system includes laying boxes and a conveyor belt, ensuring that eggs are automatically transported outside the chicken house, reducing the egg breakage rate, and decreasing labor requirements.
